Bookings and Payments

Give us correct details and pay on time. Cancellation rules apply after booking.
When you book a holiday through SweetSpot, you agree to provide accurate information and complete payment as required. Prices are listed in the currency shown and may change without notice. Once a booking is confirmed, our cancellation and refund policy applies.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancel early for the best refund. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Cancellation policies vary by holiday and are detailed on each listing. Generally, cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations within 60 days may be partially refundable. No refunds are available for cancellations within 14 days of departure.

User Conduct

Be respectful and honest. Bad behaviour can get your account removed.
You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the platform, harass other users, provide false information, or disrupt operations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

SweetSpot acts as a platform connecting travellers with holiday providers. We are not liable for incidents, injuries, or losses that occur during holidays. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

Hotels and coaches are independent — we can't control their performance.
Our holidays may involve third-party providers including hotels, transport companies, and coaching staff. SweetSpot is not responsible for the actions or failures of these independent providers.
